Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as the "Yoga of Awareness" and is the most potent form of yoga. Kundalini Yoga incorporates all facets of yoga including: asana(posture), meditation, mantra (sound), mudra (hand positions) and pranayam (breath) to provide you with a powerful practice that supports your mind, body and spirit and supports you in awakening your authentic Self. Kundalini Yoga was once called the science of the serpent power (Kundalini-Shakti) which in Eastern symbolism represents energy, essence, awareness and rejuvenation.

I'm so happy you're here & I'm so excited to share this powerful modality with you!
Yoga has had a huge impact on my life and was actually the catalyst of my spiritual awakening.
Everything I teach is based off of my own personal experience and what has helped me on my own journey of growth and transformation, but honestly I wouldn't be sharing anything with you if it weren't for yoga.
Yoga paved a new path for me in my life and has become a foundation for my overall health and wellbeing-it's become a way of living.
Quick rewind: I went to my first yoga teacher training in 2017 because I was suffering from severe social anxiety and depression. I had only taken about 10 yoga classes my whole life before going to this training (crazy, I know) but something inside told me that I HAD to go to that training. I had a feeling it would be life-changing.
And it was! I was hooked!
It had such a positive effect on my mental health and overall well being that I thought to myself, "How could I not share this modality with others?!"
Since the training, I have been incorporating yoga into my daily life and even got certified in Kundalini Yoga in 2020.
If it wasn't for yoga and the many tools and techniques it has for supporting the mind, body and spirit I know I would not be where I am today.
That is why I'm so passionate about sharing these same tools and techniques with you in this membership, so you can have a holistic modality to support your mental, physical and spiritual health while taking your growth and transformation to the next level!
Yoga has made me a stronger woman, mentally, physically and spiritually and that is my desire for you!

What style of yoga do you teach?
I am a certified Hatha and Kundalini Yoga instructor, so the membership will include lots of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga.

What if I don't have much, or any, experience?
That's ok! No experience necessary (seriously)! You'll quickly see that all of these classes and videos are beginner friendly. I include modifications for beginners and always encourage you to listen to your body first and foremost.
